Plain English. What happens to the statement and details you send us for a free review.
- What we collect
- When you request a review, we receive the details you type into the form (business name, your name, email, phone, approximate monthly card sales and any message) and the statement files you upload or email to us.
- Why we use it
- We use your statement and details only to review your processing fees and to contact you about that review. We do not sell your information and we do not share your statement with anyone.
- What you can leave out
- We never need card numbers, bank logins or passwords. You can black out full account numbers on your statement before you send it.
- How it is stored
- Uploaded statements are kept in private storage that is not publicly reachable. Only the people doing your review can open them.
- How long we keep it
